About Us | Bill Shinn

Bill Shinn has more than 30 years of experience in electrical safety management and consulting and he brings a great deal of knowledge to the classroom. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Indiana with degrees in both electrical engineering and behavioral science. Bill was Alcoa's Engineering and Maintenance Manager for their Newburgh, IN aluminum smelting and rolling facility from 1994 to 2002. He also served as chairman and member of the Alcoa Safety Committee and is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
