Instructor Chester "Dove" Temple has more than 40 years of experience in the planning and design of electric power systems. He is expert in the area of power system analysis and provides consulting services to a variety of industries including the US military. Dove is familiar with all aspects of utility transmission and distribution systems-from design and budgeting to management of day-to-day operations. He is a registered professional engineer in both Kentucky and Indiana, and a life member of IEEE.
