Qualifications/Experience:

Electric Power Industry 42 years, OGE Energy Corp, includes 20 years in corporate safety, health and environmental dept. His position was Sr. Occupational Consultant Safety and was responsible for occupational safety related issues for the corporation. He promoted the prevention of occupational injuries by developing and coordinating company occupational safety and accident prevention programs. Monitor compliance with federal, state, local and company safety regulations and policies. Develop company wide safety training programs and review/prepare safety training aids for use throughout the corporation. He the primary source for company activities associated with NESC and NFPA 70E specific to electric arc exposure. He was instrumental in developing the electrical safety programs in power generation, transmission, and distribution and facilities maintenance divisions of the company.
