What is multi-hazard PPE?

We first heard the term in 2013 when DuPont Nomex-MHP introduced a fabric designed to protect against multiple industrial threats like electric arc, flash fire, and molten metal. Now MHP – multi-hazard protection – is becoming more popular and available as manufacturers create, test and certify PPE for multiple hazard exposures.
