J.C. Owens

J.C. Owens has over 50 years of experience in the electrical maintenance industry in a variety of positions. For 24 of those years, J.C. worked at Alcoa/Alumax in several different capacities. He was a member of the lead team that wrote and implemented low voltage safety standards. He also re-wrote, and implemented, the high voltage safety standards for Alcoa worldwide.

J.C. began his career in a 4-year electrical apprentice program and then completed the Industrial Electrical Engineering program Trident Technical College. He has completed numerous professional development courses and seminars.
