Shipping Details

For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Standard, Priority and Express. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.


Types of Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You will receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.) Please save these emails for your records.

Shipping Times

The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within the continental United States. You can use this chart to help determine the total delivery time for your order. Please refer to the information below the chart to calculate total delivery times:

  • Standard: 3 to 7 business days
  • Priority: 2 to 3 business days
  • Express: 1 business day
  • For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the ship time
  • Express or Priority shipment orders submitted before the cut-off time of 9:00 AM EST on any business day will be processed the same business day
  • Orders submitted on a non-business day will be processed on the following business day
  • Call for shipping times to locations outside the U.S

Shipping to a Different Address?

To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.

Returns

e-Hazard provides a 100% money-back guarantee. Just call our Customer Service Representatives at 502-716-7073 or email us at info@e-Hazard. We will arrange the returns and credit to the original payment method (minus shipment costs) or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, or exchange for another item, if applicable. There is no re-stocking fee policy for stock item(s) within 60 days from shipped date. If you decide a product isn't right for you, then you can contact us to initiate a return, refund, or replacement.

  • No returns allowed after 60 days from shipped date
  • All returned items must be in resalable condition
  • All sales are final for custom or special orders
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped in error by e-Hazard
