tipped over while they were  more than 100 feet in the air . The accident occurred at Cape Cod Aggregates Corp.

The men were reportedly working for a contractor for an NStar utility project. They were apparently working underneath high tension power lines, near utility poles, on sandy barren land.

The men were contract workers for an NStar utility project. Reports indicate the truck was on a barren parcel of land and the two men were working below high-tension power lines, near the power poles.

An off duty police officer noticed the upturned truck and called police. Other workers were also on-site and witnessed the accident. An OSHA investigation of the accident is underway.
