OSHA fines continue to mount with focus on electrical.  Most of the news releases include the mention of electrical fines which are often related to the NEC, NESC or NFPA 70E not being used to guide compliance to OSHA’s standards.  OSHA electrical standards are very specific in some cases and very open in others but basically they have stated that if you meet the above standards OSHA is going to work with you.
