Intresting how combustible dust and poor electrical maintenance (resulting in arc flash potentials which can ignite combustible dust). Why didn’t the Chemical Safety Board recognize that flame resistant clothing should be part of the solution? I commend CSB’s other findings but can’t understand why folks won’t see that adding one PPE item could save $millions and lives.
