Heart attack determined to be electrocution?  This is very common.  Before most areas performed autopsies on workplace fatalities this happened all the time.  Some of those who perform autopsies today don’t know and wrongly conclude heart attack.  Wonder if there has been a study on this one?

Most of these incidents are prevented by following NFPA 70E electrical workplace safety rules.
