Human Performance in Electrical Safety: Where the Rubber Hits the Road

This article by Mike Doherty of e-Hazard explains what it takes to have a learning culture as opposed to a blame culture within an organization.  Mike examines the question “why” when it is asked during the course of any electrical incident investigation. The article explains the need for bench marking against the best in an industry in order to improve the learning culture in an organization.

Using the e-Hazard Safety Cycle™, Mike provides examples of what organizations can do to incorporate human performance tools in their safety management system.
