The number of citations on OSHA’s Top Ten for 2019 have decreased from last year.
As far as numbers go, things look like they’re improving. The only category that moved, Lockout/Tagout, went up from #5 in 2018 to #4 in 2019.
But the number of citations are lower in all categories, including Lockout/Tagout.

- Lockout/Tagout (1910.147): 2,606 citations
- Respiratory (1910.134): 2,450

- Powered Industrial Trucks (1910.178): 2,093 citations
- Fall Protection – Training Requirements (1926.503): 1,773 citations
- Machine Guarding (1920.212): 1,743 citations
- Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment – Eye and Face Protection (1926.102): 1,411 citations
