Reminder: OSHA 1910.269 Enforcement on PPE & Incident Heat Energy Exposure Begins August 31

There is just a little less than a week left for companies to have some reprieve on some new OSHA 1910.269 guidelines.

These guidelines have to do with estimating incident heat energy exposures and arc-rated garments – 1910.269(l)(8)(ii), (l)(8)(iv)(A)-(D), and (l)(8)(v).

We posted a blog in April of this year regarding these guidelines. Read it here. There is also a link to the OSHA memorandum concerning these guidelines.
