Not too many weeks before the new OSHA 20 ft. rule for cranes and derricks, a “nice guy” dies from something “you never think about” a witness said.  Well this is why the law changed.  The 10 ft. rule didn’t work well enough.  Hope we can help to educate everyone that powerlines kill and they look further away than they are very often.
