Two workers were fatally electrocuted when a banskman beckoned the tipper truck on which they were riding to back up, and the tipper made contact with overhead power cables.  The two workers where holding onto the back of the truck and received an 11,000 volt electrocution.  The driver of the tipper was insulated by the cab and was not injured. A jury returned a verdict of accidental death in both cases.
