Now five sites total have been cited for electrical hazards.  We have seen a real uptick in OSHA citations of companies for electrical hazards but this USPS thing has really gotten interesting.  They must have all been doing the same things.  I had a ton of USPS workers in classes over the past four or five years but never seen anything from the management.  I’m sure they are looking now.

Following NFPA 70E and the NEC (NFPA 70) basically puts a company in compliance with OSHA requirements.

Read the OSHA Press Release on electrical safety hazards at USPS sites.
