An electrical panel box that was not protected from water and damp conditions, was one of six violations cited by OSHA for Owens Brockway Glass Container (Zanesville, OH) after an inspection in March, 2013.

The violations, including one repeat violation, carry with them proposed penalties of $61,000.

Other violations include failure to provide fall protection and failure to provide PPE for workers exposed to overhead hazards.

The company is reportedly cooperating with OSHA in the on-going investigation.
