Safety Fest TN Provides Free Safety and Health Training

Kudos to Doug Lovette of e-Hazard, who will be presenting a 4-hour Low Voltage Qualified Refresher course free of charge on Wednesday, September 13th at a conference called Safety Fest TN.

As published in the July 2017 issue of ArcNews, Safety Fest TN will take place September 12-16, 2017.  This conference is made possible by the combined efforts of federal, state and local agencies; large and small businesses; and non-profit organizations to promote safety and health at work, at home and in the community. Safety Fest TN provides a week of free safety and health training annually in Oak Ridge, and Knoxville, Tennessee, and is dedicated to the mission of making the region the safest place to work and live in the United States. The safety and health classes, demonstrations, and workshops are free to the public to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn safety skills.

Thank you, Doug, for your commitment to electrical safety and the giving of your time to further educate workers!

NOTE: Registration for the 2017 conference ends today, September 8. Many classes have filled up and have a long wait list.

If you are unable to attend this year, be on the lookout for information on next year’s Safety Fest.

You can visit this year’s conference website for more details.
